Eliza has also experimented with other ingredients like fondant, sugar, chocolate and dried fruits to complement her styling of the designer tiered cakes. Scrolling through the Instagram feed reads like a wall of fame of the winning cakes from ‘The Great British Bake Off’ (favourite indulgence by the way).
Did we also mention that she kind of, sort of mastered the popular Basque Burnt Cheesecake a few months ago? So much so that her booking slots are gone at lightning speed. Perhaps it is time for me to try a slice to truly understand what this food fad is all about.

With cookies baked by Jessica Chow, founder of Lookie Cookie, it definitely brings out the cookie monsters in us. Known for her Valrhona Dark Chocolate Cookies, her items during the bake sale often gets sold out pretty quickly. The crumbly and fudgy cookies come in different flavours, ranging from sea salt to pistachio, walnut to classic chocolate chips.
